中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变31例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例,对照组29例,观察两组的疗效及实验室指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组为45%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,值得推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Herbal Fumigant in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods：60 cases were assigned to treatment group （n=31 cases） and control group （n=29 cases）, and observed the effects and laboratory indexes.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.1%,the control group was 45%,the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion：Fumigation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating is of obvious curative effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy, is worth popularizing.
