摘　　要：目的:探讨手部高压油漆喷枪注射伤的诊断和临床治疗经验。方法:对12例手部高压油漆喷枪注射伤进行早期手术清创、减压、开放引流、二期闭合创口治疗。结果:随访12～18个月,手指活动度按照TAM标准评分,优良率75%。结论:手部高压油漆喷枪注射伤是一种严重的复合性损伤,致残率高。早期(争取在伤后10小时内)、彻底的进行手术清创、减压去除异物,开放引流,延期闭合创口是目前治疗手部高压油漆喷枪注射伤的较好的方法。Objective ： To summarize the diagnosis and clinical treatment experience of the highpressure paint gun injection injuries of the hand . Methods ： Injection of high-pressure paint gun injury of 12 cases of hand, early surgical dehridement decompression open drainage two closed wound treatment. Results ： The follow-up of 12 to 18 months, finger mobility according to TAM standard score, was 75%. Conclusion ： The hand high-pressure paint gun injection injury is a serious compound damage, high morbidity. Early （for 10 hours after the injury） and thorough dehridement decompression surgery to remove foreign material, open drainage, delay closed wound is effective treatment of the hand high-pressure paint gun injection injury.
