摘　　要：目的:研究了解笔者所在医院护理专业学生从事老年护理的意向以及影响因素。方法:采用随机抽样的方式对笔者所在学院990例一、二、三年级的护理专业学生进行自拟问卷调查,统计各年级对从事老年护理工作的意愿程度,并总结分析差异原因。结果:一、二年级从事老年护理意向的比例较低(9.7%、11.2%),三年级比例有明显提升(15.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组均认为从事老年护理具有较好的前途(P>0.05),但是工作繁重、薪水低是主要影响因素所在。结论:学校开设相关课程以及临床实习经验的积累,能够促进学生的观念转变,以及社会提高相应的福利待遇是老年护理事业良好发展的保障。Objective ：To study and understand the influencing factors of Academy nursing graduates engaged in aged-care .Methods ：Conducting a questionnaire self-made-survey during our academy＇s first, second and third grade students （n=990） with random sampling methods.Results ：It showed that the first and second grade students had negative attitude to engage in the aged-care works after the graduation（9.7%, 11.2%）, when compared to the third grade students （15.5%） （P〈0.05） , and there is statistically significant difference. And the three grade students thought that there is a much better future in the aged- care works career. But the heavy workload, and the relatively low pay is the major problem that was reflected through the survey. Conclusion ：Relevant courses that are taught by teachers and the accumulation of experience and clinical practice, can promote students＇ attitude in working for the aged people, and social benefits is a must to improve the corresponding development of elderly care.
