摘　　要：目的:探讨经食管超声引导经胸房间隔缺损封堵术的手术配合。方法:回顾性分析食管超声引导下经胸房间隔缺损封堵术治疗房间隔缺损的27例患者的临床资料和护理配合。结果:27例房间隔缺损患者均能顺利完成手术,手术时间60～90min,平均70min,无并发症,全部病例痊愈出院。结论:食管超声引导下经胸房间隔缺损封堵术治疗房间隔缺损的手术配合强调熟悉手术步骤,正确、熟练使用手术器械和术中密切护理配合是手术取得成功、减少并发症的重要保证。Objective ：To evaluate the cooperation of doctors and nurses of transthoracic atrial septal defect oecluder closure according to esophageal ultrasound-guided.Methods ：A retrospective analysis of esophageal ultrasound-guided transthoracic transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect treatment of atrial septal defect in 27 cases of patients with the clinical data and nursing care.Results ：27 patients of atrial septal defect all could complete surgery smoothly anesthesia time ： 60-90 minutes, the average time is 70 minutes without complications.At last, 27 patients all healing well.Conclusion ：The cooperation of doctors and nurses of transthoraeic atrial septal defect occlnder closure according to esophageal ultrasound-guided emphasize familiaring the surgery steps, not only using surgical instruments properly and skilledly, but also nursing and cooperation closely in the process of surgeries is the important security of having a successful surgery and reducing complications.
