摘　　要：斑蝥是芫青科昆虫,因为其独特的药用价值,日益受到人们的重视,但其毒性强烈,稍有不慎即可引发中毒。本文从斑蝥的产地、炮制、用法用量、剂型、辨证分型等方面的影响因素进行分析,充分认识影响斑蝥疗效和毒性的因素,以确保斑蝥用药的安全有效。Cantharidin has a unique medicinal value,attention has been paid increasingly,but its toxicity is strong,the slightest mistake can lead to poisoning.The origin,processing,usage,dosage,dosage,dialectical typing and other influencing factors were analyzed in this article.Fully understand the factors that affecting the efficacy and toxicity of cantharidin,to ensure that the cantharides drug was safe and effective.
