摘　　要：目的:讨论中药配合针灸治疗手足皴裂途径。方法:自拟皴裂润肤汤外洗配合针灸治疗手足皴裂。结果:治愈35例,好转6例,无效0例,有效率100%。结论:自拟皴裂润肤汤外洗配合针灸治疗手足皴裂操作方便,直达病所疗效好。Objective：To discuss the method of TCM medicine plus acupuncture in treating hand and foot chap.Methods：Treating hand and foot by Cunlie Runfu decoction（external use） plus acupuncture.Results：35 cases were cured,6 cases were improved,0 case was invalid,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Zini Cunlie Runfu decoction（external use） plus acupuncture was effective in treating hand and foot chap.
