养胃合剂治疗胃脘痛及影像学改变100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养胃合剂治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将200例患者随机分为2组。治疗组100例,予养胃合剂口服;对照组100例,予西药口服,疗程均为15d。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,对照组78%。两组总有效率比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:养胃合剂治疗胃脘痛有良好疗效。Objective：To observe the Yangwei Heji clinical efficacy on treating epigastric pain.Methods：200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment and control group,100 in each.The treatment group were given Yangwei Heji oral;the control group were given western medicine oral,15 days for a course.Results：The total effective rate was 98% in treatment group,78% in the control group.The total effective rate with significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Yangwei Heji has a good effect on treating epigastric pain.
