斜扳法配合改良中药溻渍治疗腰椎间盘突出症的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:观察改良中药溻渍配合斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对54例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用斜扳法配合改良中药溻渍治疗,并实施相应的护理措施。结果:经改良中药溻渍配合斜扳法治疗2个疗程,治愈42例,好转10例,未愈2例,总有效率96.30%。结论:斜扳法配合改良中药溻渍治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。Objective：To observe the efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation by the method of oblique pull with Improvement of TCM ta stains.Methods：54 cases of lumbar disc herniation used the oblique pull method with improved medicine ta stain treatment,and implemented of appropriate measures.Results：Improved medicine ta stains with the oblique pull treatment of the two courses,42 cases were cured,10 cases improved,cured 2 cases,the total efficiency was 96.30%.Conclusion：The effect of oblique pull method with the improvement of TCM Tazi treating lumbar disc herniation was curative.
