摘　　要：目的:胸腹联合外伤患者通过抗休克保证有效的呼吸循环功能等措施使患者抢救成功。方法:护士要预见性观察休克早期症状并采取行之有效的护理措施保证患者的生命安全。结果:无论伤情变化多么复杂的外伤患者,只要细心观察病情,并及时配合医生争分夺秒的抢救患者就能挽救患者生命。Objective：Thoraco-abdominal trauma patients by ensuring an effective anti-shock measures such as respiratory and circulatory function in patients with successful rescue.Methods：Nurses to early symptoms of shock predictability observe and take effective measures to ensure patient care and safety.Results：No matter how complex the changes in injury trauma patients,as long as careful observation of the disease,and race against time to rescue patients with a doctor will be able to save the lives of patients.
