免疫性血小板减少症的中医辨治浅探

摘　　要：ITP是以出血为主要表现的血液系统常见病,ITP血小板低下,紫癜反复发作、缠绵难愈是治疗难点,本文结合临床实际,从"外邪引动伏火"、"水不涵木"、"阴虚及阳"三个方面对ITP的中医病机进行了分析论述,并提出泻火宁络、育阴潜阳、调理脾肾的治疗对策。ITP is a common blood system diseases,bleeding as the main performance,ITP thrombocytopenia,purpura recurrent,hard to be cured is the treatment difficulties,in this paper,the with clinical practice,from the ＂Waixie Yindong Fuhuo＂,＂Shuibu Hanmu＂,＂Yinxu Jiyang＂three aspects of TCM pathogenesis of ITP were analyzed and discussed,and proposed Xiehuo Ningluo,Yuyin Qianyang,Tiaoli Pishen treatment strategies.
