高压氧舱吸氧面罩及管道消毒前后细菌培养的对比分析

摘　　要：本文对 10 0例患者于高压氧舱吸氧后所使用的吸排氧装置 (面罩及三通管 )以 1%“84”消毒液及 2 %强化戊二醛进行消毒 ,并于消毒前后进行细菌培养以观察对比消毒前后细菌菌株生长情况的变化。结果显示 ,消毒前后面罩和三通管的阳性菌株数有显著差异。经“84”消毒液消毒者 ,消毒后阳性菌株显著减少 ,特别以强化戊二醛消毒者更无细菌生长。其阳性菌株在消毒前主要均为G-杆菌 ,经“84”消毒液消毒后其面罩菌株仍以G-杆菌为主 。Oxygen ventilation apparatus (mask and three-limb tube) of Hyperbaric Oxygenation Chamber (HBO) following oxygen inspiration were sterilzed with 1% “84' sterilize solution and 2% forced amy1-2 -aldehyde for 100 cases in our hospital. Bactarial culture was done before and after sterilization with fore two sterilizers. The results showed that the positive colonies of mask and three-limb tube after steriliztion with '84' sterilize solution were markedly reduced. There was no bacterial growth following sterilization with forced amy1-2-aldehyde. The positive colonies before sterilization showed G -bacillus predominatly as well as the mask sterilization with “84' sterilize solution, but G - coccus was predominatly in three-limb tube.
