益赛普治疗幼年特发性关节炎并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨益赛普治疗幼年特发性关节炎的临床疗效,提高对该病的临床治疗方法。方法:幼年特发性关节炎一例,患儿男,4岁3月,因确诊幼年特发性关节炎1年,关节肿痛1月入院。回顾性分析该患儿临床资料,检索国内外文献进行总结分析。结果:患儿病程长,近期主要表现为关节肿痛,予以益赛普皮下注射后关节肿痛症状好转,予以出院。院外继续使用益赛普每周一次。结论:幼年特发性关节炎是儿童时期常见的结缔组织病,以慢性关节炎为主要特征,并伴有全身多系统的受累,也是造成小儿致残和失明的首要原因。加强对该病的治疗,减少关节的肿痛、变形,将有助于减少小儿的致残率,改善生活质量及预后。Objective：Explore the benefits clinical efficacy of the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis with Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-a Receptor Ⅱ ：IgG Fc Fusion Protein for Injection,improve the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods： One case of juvenile idiopathic arthritis ,the patient was a boy who was 4 years 3 months old and diagnosised of juvenile idiopathic arthritis for one year and admitted to hospital as to duration of the joint swelling and pain for one month . Retrospective analysis of clinical data of the children, retrieval of literature, Search of domestic and foreign literature. Carries on the summary analysis.Results： The recently main performance of Children with longer duration was joint swelling and pain. After subcutaneous injection of the drug, the systom of joint swelling and pain had improved,then the children had been discharged.Continue to use the drug once a week outside the hospital.Conclusions：Juvenile idiopathic arthritis is a common connective tissue disease during childhood,mainly characterized by chronic arthritis, and accompanied by systemic multi-system involvement, but also as the primary cause of disability and blindness in children Enhance the treatment of the disease,reduce joint swelling, deformation, will help to reduce morbidity in children, improve quality of life and prognosis.
