摘  要:目的:了解糖尿病足合并感染患者常见病原菌的分布特点与药物敏感性情况。方法:对153株糖尿病足感染患者的创面分泌物培养鉴定出的病原菌和药敏结果进行分析。结果:在153株致病菌中,革兰氏阳性球菌86株占56.2%,革兰氏阴性杆菌63株占41.2%、酵母样真菌4株占2.6%。常见病原菌为:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和奇异变形杆菌为主。单一菌株感染125例,11例2种菌混合感染,2例3种菌混合感染。耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌和产ESBLs菌株与非产酶菌株相比,具有多重耐药性。结论:对糖尿病足感染患者的治疗,应根据常见病原菌的药物敏感性,合理选用抗生素,才能有效控制感染。Objective: To study the spectrum features and antimicrobial sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria isolated from patients with diabetic foot.Method: Spectrum and antimicrobial sensitivity of 153 pathogenic bacterias isolated from patients with diabetic foot were investigated.Result: 153 strains of pathogenic bacterias were isolated,86(56.2%) of which were Gram-positive bacteria,63(41.2%) Gram-negative bacteria and 4(2.6%) fungus.Common pathogenic bacterias were staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,enterococcus faecalis,escherichia coli,klebsiclla pneumoniae and proteus.125 patients with single microbial infection,11 patients with 2 microbial infection and 2 patients with 3 microbial infection.MRS and ESBLs had multiple antibiotic resistance,but MSS and strains that were not producing ESBLs.Conclusion: Selecting the proper antibiotics for diabetic foot patients on the basis of antimicrobial sensitivity of common pathogenic bacteria isolated from patients with diabetic foot,that is the key of treating the diabetic foot infect effectively.
