腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术的临床疗效观察及分析

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术的临床疗效并总结其注意事项,探讨胆管结石的最佳手术治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析35例胆管结石患者,上述患者均采取腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术治疗,总结上述患者治疗后的临床疗效及该术式的注意事项。结果:上述患者手术时间93.2±11.3min,术中出血量68±9.6mL,住院时间7.6±2.3d,住院费用9022.5±316.4元,无胆漏、感染及皮下气肿发生,术后残石患者1例(2.9%),2个月后经T管窦道取石成功。结论:腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术临床疗效确切,术后并发症少,患者恢复快,治疗费用低。同时应做好各项处理,避免并发症的发生,确保临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect about laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and summarize the notes,research the best way to treat the patients with bile duct stones.Method： Retrospective analysed 35 patients with bile duct stones,And then observed the clinical effects about laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and summarize the notes.Result：Operation time was 93.2±11.3min,blood loss was 68±9.6mL,hospitalization time was 7.6±2.3d,hospital charges was 9022.5±316.4 RMB,There＇s no bile leakage,infection and subcutaneous emphysema,postoperative residual stones 1 case（2.9%）,the stone self-discharge after 6months.Conclusion：We should choose the laparoscopic common bile duct exploration first and pay attention to avoid the complications.
