经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在腹部疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的可行性、手术难点及对策。方法:回顾分析130例经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:本组经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)119例,经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术11例,除2例胆结石因胆囊周围严重粘连改为三孔法LC外,余均经脐单孔完成,术后2-5d出院,无并发症发生。结论:在熟练三孔法腹腔镜手术基础上开展经脐单孔腹腔镜手术是安全可行的,尽管有一定的难度,只要选择好手术适应证,掌握好手术技巧,并随着器械的改进,可取得更加微创和美容的效果。Objective： To investigate the feasibility,difficulty and countermeasure of the single-ported transumbilical laparoscopic surgery.Method： Clinical data of 130 cases of TUES were summarized retrospectively.Result： 119 cases of the single-potted transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy and 11 cases of the single-potted transumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy,All cases have been completed by transumbilical endoscopic surgery expect 2 cases and discharge from hospital after 2-5 days,There＇s no complications.Conclusion： TUES is safe and feasible based on expert skill of LC,although there are some difficulties,if the indication is selected exactly,the skill of operation is mastered expertly,TUES will achieve a more micro-wound and cosmetic result.
