脑瘫患儿父母健康概念与健康促进生活方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：调壹脑瘫患儿父母健康概念与健康促进生活方式的现状，分析它们之间的相关性，为制订脑瘫惠儿父母健康促进生活方式的干预措施提供科学依据。方法：采用一般情况调查表、健康概念量表及健康促进生活方式量表为研究工具对178例脑瘫患儿父母进行问卷调查，计量资料的组问比较采用t检验，分类资料的组间比较采用X。检验。结果：脑瘫患儿父母健康概念与健康促进生活方式得分分剐为103．22（25．38）VS57．62（18．69），均呈中低水平，二者之间呈正相关（r=0．47，p〈0．0001）。结论：脑瘫忠儿父母健康概念与健康促进生活方式状况不理想，因此护士应加强脑瘫患儿父母的健康教育。Objective：To investigate the parents of children with cerebral palsy health concepts and health promotion lifestyle status, analysis of the correlation between them. Methods：Using the general health questionnaire, the concept of scale and the health promoting lifestyle profile as a tool for study of 178 cases of cerebral palsy children conducted a questionnaire survey,measurement data were compared with t test,classification data groups were compared using X2. Results：Cerebral palsy children health concepts and health promotion lifestyle score of 103.22 （25. 38） VS 57. 62 （18. 69）, are of low level, between two positively correlated （r = 0.47,p〈0. 0001）. Conclusion：Cerebral palsy children health concepts and health promotion lifestyle status is poor, so nurses should strengthen health education for parents of children with cerebral palsy.
