血液净化联合血液吸附在重症胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察重症胰腺炎应用血液净化、血液吸附治疗疗效。方法：对我院抢救的重症胰腺炎患者n例在常规治疗外采用连续血液净化、血液吸附联合治疗。结果：11例患者经血压净化、血液吸附48小时后呼吸循环平稳，其中心率有明显降低（P〈0．05），氧合指数有明显改善（P〈0．05）；尿素氮及肌酐水平净化吸附后均显著降低（P〈O．05），APACHEⅡ得分也有明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论：连续血液净化、血液吸附联合治疗重症胰腺炎效果明显，值得临床进一步应用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of early CVVH＋HP on patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）. Methods： l] pa- tients with SAP in the/CU of our hospital were treatment with conventional methods and CVVH＋ HP. Results：After 48 hours treatment,the heart rate,the mean oxygenation index had an significant difference （P〈0.05）;The urea nitrogen and creatinine had an significant decrease （P〈0.05） ,the APACHE Ⅱ were also decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of CVVH＋ HP on patients with severe acute pancreatitis would be effective, worthy of clinic apply. Keywords：Severe acute pancreatitis CVVH HP Treatment
