摘　　要：莫达非尼(modafinil)是一种强效促觉醒药。用于治疗伴有日间过度思唾的发作性睡病、轮班工作所致的睡眠障碍以及阻塞性唾眠呼叹暂停综合征用持续气道正压通气后残留白天睡眠过多的患者,除上述应用之外的临床适应证也逐渐得到拓展。在体内莫达非尼可诱导CYP3A4,也经CYP3A4代谢,当与经此酶代谢的药物合用,或与能抑制或诱导此酶的药物合用,均可能发生药物相互作用。Modafinil is a potent wake-promoting agent. It is used for improving the excessive daytime sleepiness associated with narcolepsy, shift work sleep disorder and residual sleepiness in obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） despite optimal use of continuous positive airway pressure. Other clinical indications were reported, but further confirmation is needed. In vivo, modafinil has been shown to induce CYP3A4 activity and it is also metabolised by CYP3A4. There is the possibility of interactions between modafinil and the drugs that are metabolised by CYP3A4 or that inhibit or induce the enzyme.
