磷甲酸钠联合胸腺五肽治疗生殖器疱疹60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价磷甲酸钠联合胸腺五肽治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的120例患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,静滴磷甲酸钠250mg,并肌肉注射胸腺五肽1mg,均1次/d;对照组60例,口服伐昔洛韦300mg,2次/d,两组患者的疗程均为15d。结果两组治愈率均为100%,治疗组平均治愈时间(3.23±0.93)d明显短于对照组(4.35±1.04)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗结束后6个月时治疗组复发率(28.33%)均明显低于对照组(46.67%),差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组仅有轻微的静脉刺痛、一过性低热和胃肠道反应,未影响疗程。结论磷甲酸钠联合胸腺五肽治疗生殖器疱疹能有效减少复发,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of foscarnet sodium combined with thymopentin in treatment with genital herpes. Methods One hundred and twenty patients selected with genital herpes were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty patients in treatment group were treated with intravenous fos- carnet sodium 250mg and at the same time intramuscular injection of thymopentin ling once daily, while sixty patients in control group only given oral Valaciclovir 300rag twice daily, both serving a total of 15 days. Results Both the clinical cure rate of the two groups were 1009＂o. The average healing time of treatment group was （3.23±0.93） days while control group were （4.35±1.04） days , and the treatment group shortened the cure time （P 〈 0.01 ）. The six months relapse rate of treatment group （28.33%）was lower than that of control group （46.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction except slightly vein pricking pain, temporarily low-grade fever and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion Foscarnet sodium combined with thymopentin was effective in reducing the recurrence in the treatment of genital herpes and safe.
