摘 要:采用五孔球探针测量仪与等动采样法,对PSC型导叶式旋风管内气固两相流场、浓度场分布进行测试,并对不同排尘结构进行比较,据此研究了PSC型导叶式旋风管内的颗粒返混夹带现象。结果表明,排尘段返混存在两个区域,返混夹带主要以10μm以下小颗粒为主,开缝后的排尘锥具有很强的抗返混能力。The distribution of gas-solid two-phase flow in the PSC-type guide vane cyclone tube was measured with five-orifice pitot tube and by means of isokinetic sampling method.The characters of flow field and concentration field were investigated under different dust discharge structures of the cyclone tube.The back-mixing of particles in the PSC-type guide vane cyclone tube was investigated on these grounds.The results showed that the back-mixing of particles in the dust discharge section existed in two areas,the samll particles under 10 μm were the main part in the back-mixing of particles.The dust discharge cone had strong ability to resist the back-mixing of particles,and openning slots can strengthen this ability.
