摘 要:分析了组合式空冷器干空冷段与蒸发空冷段热负荷分配与热流体交界温度等参数的关系,建立了热负荷分配的优化模型,并将热负荷分配优化问题转化为以空气质量流量最小为优化目标的约束极值问题。分析表明,热流体交界温度在合理范围内取最大值时,空气质量流量最小,运行能耗最低,热负荷分配最优。The heat load distribution between finned coils and evaporative coils directly affect the operating efficiency of combined air cooler.The function of heat load of the combined air cooler with the junction temperature of hot fluid between finned coils and evaporative coils(JT) in the cooler and other parameters was developed and analyzed.The optimizing model of heat load distribution was established,and the optimal problem of heat load distribution was transformed to a constrained extremum problem with minimum air demand as the optimizing object.The conclusion shows that when JT reaches maximum in the reasonable zone the air quantity and energy consumption of the air cooler get their lowest values,and the heat load distribution is up to the optimization.
