摘  要:对钢管高速MAG预焊驼峰型焊缝的形成机理进行了研究。采用高速摄像采集系统对焊接过程中的电弧形态和熔池流动状况进行了高速摄像,提出了动态平衡点的观点,认为动态平衡点远离电弧是焊缝产生驼峰型焊缝缺陷的根本原因,任何促使动态平衡点移向电弧的因素,都有利于抑制驼峰型焊缝缺陷的产生。最后,进行了上坡和下坡粗丝高速MAG焊试验,对提出的结论进行了进一步的验证。In this article,it studied hump-shaped weld formation mechanism of steel pipe by MAG prewelding.Adopting high speed photography acquisition system to carry out high speed photography for arc shape and flow situation of weld pool,put forward the view of fluctuant balanced point.It considered that the fluctuant balanced point far from arc is the main reason caused hump-shaped weld,any factor which promotes the fluctuant balanced to move to arc is favorable to inhibit hump-shaped weld.Finally,the upgrade and downgrade high speed MAG welding test with thick wire were conducted,the conclusions were validated further.
