摘  要:简要介绍了3PE防腐层的基本构成及国内标准对各防腐层厚度的一般要求。对UOE焊管3PE涂层管体与焊缝区域涂层厚度差异情况进行了分析,结合3PE涂层涂敷的包覆、挤压过程,认为聚乙烯专用料熔体流动速率(MFR)是引起聚乙烯层厚度差异的一个重要因素,应根据涂料熔体流动特性确定最佳的涂覆温度,使管体与焊缝区域的涂层厚度差异尽可能减小。实际生产证实了这一结论,这样可以减少涂料的单耗,降低涂层加工成本。In this article,it briefly introduced basic structure of 3PE coating and the general requirements for coating thickness in China domestic standard.After analysis on the thickness difference between 3PE coating of UOE pipe body and HAZ,combined with coating and extrusion procedure of 3PE coating,it considered that the MFR of special polyethylene is an important factor caused the difference of PE thickness.It should determine the optimal coating temperature according to flow characteristics of coating melt,as far as possible reduce thickness difference between pipe body and weld.The conclusion has been proved in the actual production.Thus it can save coating unit consumption and reduce processing cost.
