摘　　要：社会公正是社会主义的本质要求,是当前中国面临的重大理论和现实课题。社会公正的实现是一个渐进的过程,需要正确的公正观加以指导。权利平等保障了一个社会基本结构的公正,为公正的实现奠定了法理基础。利益分享是推动公正的现实途径,是建设社会主义公正社会的必由之路。需要注意的是,在推动公平正义的过程中,要把握社会主义公正观内在的价值取向。Social justice is the request of the socialist essence,but also the important theoretical and realistic subject for current China.However,the realization of social justice is a gradual process,it is necessary to correctly fairness to guidance.This paper try to analysis of social justice on two important concepts just about rights and interests.Equal rights guarantee a social basic structure of justice.Share interests is a realistic way into promote justice.
