摘  要:电动机的广泛使用,开发对其进行保护的智能保护装置具有重要意义,首先需要解决的就是电流检测问题。文中采用线性霍尔传感器对电流检测,设计了信号调理电路,分析了影响采样计算有效值的因素,修正了有效值计算方法,利用最小二乘法对数据进行处理,得到了信号调理信号与实际电流有效值之间的线性系数。开发了实时监视界面,方便了数据的采集分析,实验结果证实电流检测达到了较高的精度。The electric motors are widespreaded, the development of its intelligent protection device for protection is very im- portant. First of all, need to be addressed is the current detection. This paper designed the linear Hall sensor for current sensing, signal conditioning circuit. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the sample calculation of RMS, RMS revised calculation method was proposed. It used the least square method for processing data, obtained the linear coefficient between the actual current RMS and conditioning signal RMS. The paper developed a real-time monitoring interface for the data acquisition and analysis, the experimental results show that current detection achieves a higher precision.
