摘 要:目的检测冠心病(CHD)患者血清中氨基末端脑钠素前体(NT-ProBNP)的含量,并与心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、超声心动图心功能指标相比较,探讨NT-ProBNP对CHD心脏损伤诊断的临床价值。方法应用电化学发光法和微粒子发光酶免疫分析法,对56例CHD患者和30例健康体检者血清中NT-ProBNP与cTnI含量进行测定,并同时行超声心动图检查心功能。结果 CHD患者NT-ProBNP和cTnI水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能指标EDV、ESV和EF也与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清NT-ProBNP与EDV、ESV及EF之间呈良好的相关性(P<0.01)。CHD合并2型糖尿病及CHD合并高血压组NT-ProBNP检测结果明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论检测CHD患者血清NT-ProBNP含量对诊断CHD及CHD合并症心功能损害有重要的临床价值。To determine NT- ProBNP contents in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to evaluate the diagnostic value for CHD patients. Methods There 56 cases with CHD patients and 30 healthy were included in the study. The ECLIA and Microparticle enzyme immunoassay light method was used to measured NT ProBNP and cTnI, and ultrasonic cardiac function examination was performed at the same time. Results The contents of NT ProBNP and cTnI in CHD patients were higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.01 ). There was significant difference in cardiac function EDV, ESV and EF between two groups. Serum NT - ProBNP and EDV, ESV and EF showed a good correlation (P 〈0.01 ). The contents of NT ProBNP in CHD patients complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes and CHD patients complicated with hypertension were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Detection of NT ProBNP in CHD patients plays an important role in diagnosis of cardiac function for CHD patients.
