摘 要:目的了解浙江省公共场所集中空调通风系统及卫生的现况。方法在全省11个市及义乌市180家公共场所开展集中空调通风系统卫生质量各项指标的监测,对有关指标进行评价。结果所检样品中送风中PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌4个指标合格率分别为79.33%、62.57%、74.30%和100.00%,2011年空调水军团菌阳性率(11.14%)高于2009年。结论集中空调通风系统污染状况不容乐观,应加强空调系统的日常卫生管理。Objective To investigate the pollution status of central air-conditioning ventilation system so as to provide the basis for sanitary control.Methods The air-conditioning ventilation systems from 180 public places in 12 cities were investigated;the hygienic specifications relevant to dust in air duct surface and the amounts of bacteria and fungi were monitored.Results The qualified rate of PM10,total bacterial count,total fungus count and β-hemolytic streptococcus were 79.33%,62.57%,74.30% and 100.00%,respectively.The positive rate of legionella in circulatory water was 11.14% in 2011,which is higher than that of 2009.Conclusion There are potential hazards in central air conditioning ventilation systems of public places,threatening the population health.The hygiene control must be enhanced.
