摘  要:根据小浪底水库泥沙淤积状态,以易于浓度控制为目的,设计了位控型、垂向扩展喇叭口型、防护罩型和配重型4种吸泥头,并进行了试验比选。结果表明:位控型吸泥头可以满足管道排沙系统对吸泥头浓度范围控制的要求,但其需要采用自动控制升降仪器,结构较为复杂,而防护罩型与配重型吸泥头吸泥浓度控制精度较低。垂向扩展喇叭口型吸泥头与位控吸泥头相比结构较为简单,降低了吸泥浓度对吸泥头垂向位置细微变化的敏感度,依靠牵引缆绳可调整吸泥头浸入淤积泥沙深度,可以满足小浪底管道排沙系统控制吸取泥沙浓度的目的。The paper shows the experiential study results on performance of four different body shapes of the suction-head of a self-suetion sediment transport piping system which is intended to release sediment deposits from the Xiaolangdi Reservoir. The results show that position-controlled shape is found able to meet the requirements for desired sediment concentration range, but it needs the support by an autontatically-controlled vertically moving device of complex structure. Protective-hooded shape and weight-attached shape are found to make a low accuracy in desired sediment con- centration range. The last type, the vertical funnel shape, which is simpler in structure than the position-controlled shape, is found not so sensitive to the position of the suction head and easily handled by simply adjusting the depth of suction-head inserted under the sediment deposits layer, and able to meet the sediment concentration range requirements.
