摘 要:对甘肃鼢鼠(myospalax cansus)和SD大鼠低氧耐受极限及低氧耐受过程中心肌组织显微和超微结构的变化进行比较研究.结果表明:在3.0%、3.5%、4.0%和4.5%的低氧浓度下,SD大鼠平均存活时间分别为0.28±0.07、0.48±0.08、4.87±0.4和5.60±0.76h;甘肃鼢鼠分别为1.03±0.14、2.04±0.27、10和10h以上;在4.0%氧浓度,低氧2和4h后,甘肃鼢鼠左心室心肌超微和显微结构损伤逐渐加重;6h后开始恢复,10h时已恢复正常;SD大鼠在低氧4h后心肌显微和超微结构都发生不可逆改变.由以上结果推测,4.0%的氧浓度接近甘肃鼢鼠正常生活的低氧耐受极限;在4.0%的低氧条件下,甘肃鼢鼠具有调动心肌代偿机制应对急性低氧环境的潜能.A comparative study was carried out to decide the hypoxia tolerance limit,microstructure and ultrastructure variations on cardiac muscle tissue under hypoxia process for Gansu zokor and SD rats.The results showed that: at 3.0%,3.5%,4.0% and 4.5% of the oxygen concentration,the average survival time for SD rats was 0.28±0.07,0.48±0.08,4.87±0.4 and 5.60±0.76 h,respectively;that for Gansu zokor was 1.03±0.14,2.04±0.27,10 and 10 h respectively;at the oxygen concentration of 4.0%,the injury of LV(left ventricle) microstructure and ultrastructure for Gansu zokor was gradually worsened after 2 and 4 h of hypoxia,then began to recover after 6 h and restored to the control group status at 10 h.However,for SD rats,both the cardiac muscle microstructure and ultrastructure of LV were irrevocably changed after 4 h of hypoxia(4.0%).Thus it can be inferred that the oxygen concentration of 4.0% was close to hypoxia tolerance limit in normal life for Gansu zokor.Under the oxygen concentration of 4.0%,the Gansu zokor had potential to mobilize mechanism of compensatory to cope with the acute hypoxia enviroment
