摘  要:目的过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌机已广泛应用于手术室消毒灭菌。文中分析因腔镜器械清洗不彻底所致灭菌循环取消的原因,提出应对措施。方法观察分析2010年1月至2010年10月应用美国强生公司STERRAD 100S型过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌机进行的602次灭菌运行程序。结果出现33次灭菌循环取消,其中发生于真空期4~6 min者10次(30.3%)。原因为腔镜器械清洗不彻底,包装袋内出现血污所致。结论合理安排手术间的腔镜手术台次,落实腔镜器械的清洗规范,完善质量监管可避免灭菌机循环取消,提高腔镜的灭菌效果,延长器械的使用寿命,降低医院感染。Objective The low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization machine is widely applied in the operation room's disinfection and sterilization. In this paper,we analysed the reason of the sterilization cycle cancellation caused by the incom- pletely cleared endoscopic instruments, and then respone measures. Methods In this paper, we observed and analysed 602 times sterilization running promgram of the Sterrad 100S low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization machine made by Johrson & Johnson. USA from January to October in 2010. Results Sterilization cycle cancellation occurred 33 times of which 10 times oc- cured in the vacuum stage because of incomplete elearring endoscopic instruments. Condusion Endoscopic operations should be ar- ranged reasonably with the quality regulation being implemented, in order to avoid the cancellation of sterilization cycle and enhance the sterilizing effect of endoscopic insencments, entend the survice life of the equipment as well as reduce the hospital's infection rates.
