摘　　要：目前,工业企业经营业绩评价多以财务指标的评价为主,文章设计了财务指标与非财务指标相结合的评价指标体系,并以广东省各行业规模以上工业企业为例进行实证研究,可以使企业直观地了解自身经营业绩在不同行业中所处的地位,具有一定的现实意义。At present,Performance evaluation of mult i-industrial business to the evaluation of the main fi- nancial indicators, Articles designed financial indi- cators and non-financial indicators combined evalua- Lion system, and the industry in Guangdong Province, for example large-scale empirical study of industrial enterprises, the enterprise can intuitively to under- stand their business performance in different sectors in the position,which as a certain practical signifi- cance.
