摘　　要：后危机时代中俄经贸合作出现新的趋势和特点,这给辽宁对外开放带来新的机遇:有利于加快辽宁对俄直接投资,加强高科技领域合作;有利于深化辽俄能源、文化、农业、建筑等行业的合作。因此,辽宁要抓住机遇,积极参与中俄区域经贸合作,这对于提升整体对外开放水平,加速经济发展具有十分重要的意义。After financial crisis, there is new trend and characteristics in the Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation, which brings new opportunity to Liaoning province. It advances FDI from Liaoning to Russia and strengthens cooperation in high-tech field. Meanwhile, it helps deepen energy, culture, agricul- ture, construction industry cooperation. Therefore, Liaoning should catch the opportunity and actively participate in regional economic cooperation, which has a great significance to reform and speed up econom- ic development.
