摘 要:在轻度(L)、中度(M)和重度(H)盐碱化草地上种植菊芋,通过测定不同生育期菊芋的生长特性及产量,确定其耐盐碱性,并探讨其对盐碱地的改良效果。结果表明:盐碱胁迫下,生物量在不同器官的分配为根系>叶片>茎;现蕾期菊芋茎生物量比和叶生物量比较其他生育期高,根系生物量比和根冠比(R/S)较其他生育期低。随着盐碱度的增加,叶片生物量比下降,而茎生物量比和根系生物量比增加;菊芋块茎产量下降,单株块茎数和单薯芽眼数减少,且与轻度和中度胁迫差异显著(P<0.05),说明重度盐胁迫对其影响最大。The salinity tolerance of Helianthus tuberosus was studied by testing its growth characteristics and biomass in different growth stages in different salinization concentration soil with light,moderate,and heavy level.The results showed that under different salinity stress,the biomass distribution in different organs was:roots>leaves>stems.In bud stage,leaf biomass ratio and stem biomass ratio were higher than the other growth stages,but root biomass ratio and R/S were lower than the other growth stages.With the increase of salinization concentration,leaf biomass ratio was decreased.However,the stem biomass ratio and root biomass were increased,and the yield and the number of tubers per plant were decreased,as well as the number of bud eye per potato.Heavy salinity stress had the maximum impact to Helianthus tuberosus.
