摘 要:目的观察黄芪精对血虚、气虚模型小鼠的影响。方法取ICR小鼠72只,随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性药组,黄芪精低、中、高剂量组,每组12只,除正常组外,其他各组眼眶放血造模,给药后检测小鼠红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(Plt);对化学性损伤小鼠血虚症的补血作用试验分组同上,除正常组外,其他各组给予腹腔注射环磷酰胺造模,检测指标同上。取ICR小鼠60只,分组同上,每组10只,除正常组外,其他组用节制饮食方法造模,灌喂相应的药物,测定其游泳时间和脏器指数。结果黄芪精能显著增加失血性小鼠红细胞数量,模型组为(5.41±0.46)×1012/L、黄芪精低剂量组为(6.00±0.54)×1012/L、黄芪精中剂量组为(5.90±0.55)×1012/L,黄芪精中、低剂量组与模型组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。黄芪精具有提升化学性损伤小鼠白细胞水平趋势。黄芪精可显著延长气虚小鼠游泳时间,高、低剂量组与模型组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);黄芪精具有对抗气虚小鼠脾脏和胸腺萎缩的趋势。结论黄芪精具有补气生血的作用。Objective To observe effect of Huangqijing in Blood Deficiency and Qi Deficiency model mice. Methods The enriching blood effect on Blood Deficiency of hemorrhagic mice :72 ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive control group, lowdose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group of Huangqjing, 12 mice per each group. Except the normal group, others were made mold by bloodletting from eyepit. After giving medicine, RBC, WBC, Hb and Pit were detected, the enriching blood effect on Blood Deficiency of chemical lesion mice:grouping the same as above. Except normal group, others were made Blood Deficiency mold by intraperitoneal injection of cyelophosphamide. After giving medicine, RBC, WBC, HGB and PLT were detected. The effect on Qi Deficiency mice:60 ICR mice were randomly divided into the same groups above, 10 mice per each group. Except normal group, others were made mold by temperance in eating and homologous medicine by gastric garage,the swimming time was tested and the organ coefficient was calculated. Results The enriching blood effect on Blood Deficiency of hemorrhagic mice: Huangqijing could significantly enhance the number of RBC, (5.41±0.46) ×10^12/L in the model group, (6.00±0.54)×10^12/L in the low-dose group and(5.90±0. 55)×10^12/L in the middle-dose group, the low- and middle-dose groups showed significant difference compared with the model group(P 〈 0.05). The enriching blood effect on Blood Deficiency of chemical lesion miee:Huangqijing had a tendency to enhance the number of WBC. The effect on Qi Deficiency mice:Huangqijing could significantly prolong the swimming time, the high- and low- dose groups showed significant difference compared with model group(P〈0. 05), and had a tendency to resist atrophy of spleen and thymus in Qi Deficiency mice. Conclusion Huangqijing can reinforce Qi and enrich blood.
