摘  要:目的通过临床测试检验智能体温单信息系统的时间效率和准确度,以提高临床护理信息化水平。方法根据国家及山东省护理文书书写规范,设计并完善智能体温单系统。采用便利抽样法选择10名护士,分别采用传统手工和智能系统采集2011年3月21-30日所有住院患者信息并绘制体温单,记录操作时间和出错情况。结果智能法生成的体温单符合文件规定,能够满足临床需求;智能法生成的体温单视觉效果更为清晰;两法绘制体温单操作时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);绘制体温单护士工作年限对手工法与智能法执行时间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论与传统体温单信息采集与绘制相比,智能体温单系统可显著减少操作时间和差错,这对于减轻护理负荷及提高体温单质量具有重要意义。Objective To examine the time efficiency and accuracy of an intelligent temperature sheet sys- tem(ITS) by clinical studies so as to lay foundation for automation of clinical nursing. Methods An ITSS was designed in accordance with rules in authoritative regulatory document. Using convenience sampling method the patients' information on standard temperature sheets between 21-30, March 2011, were collect- ed, filled and modified by ten nurses by using the traditional manual approach and the ITSS approach re- spectively. The time spent on documentation and output errors were recorded. Results The temperature sheets generated by the ITSS approach were consistent with the regulatory documents and met the clinical needs. The visual effect of the body temperature sheets produced by the two approaches were significant. Significant differences were found between the manual and the ITSS approach in respect of performance time(P〈0.01). The working year of drawing showed no significant difference on the manual and the ITSS approach(P〉0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional manual approach, the ITSS approach to collect data and generate temperature sheets is very effective in shortening the performance time and the occurrence of errors. This is of significance for reducing nursing workload and improving the quality of temperature sheets.
