摘　　要：通过对杨凌现代农业示范园38家农民专业合作社进行实证调查分析,探究了影响农民专业合作社内部合作收益实现的主要因素——合作意愿、合作资本、合作的制度条件等,并指出合理的制度设计是提升合作生产力的关键;剖析了制约杨凌地区农民专业合作社、市场(企业)、政府实现外部收益即公共收益的因素;提出了完善制度设计,构建新型合作关系的发展对策。Through an empirical research of 38 farmers＇ specialized cooperatives in Yangling Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park, this paper first analyzes the main factors which restrict the development of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives, and points out that the system design is the key to promoting the productivity of cooperation. It then studies the limitations for cooperatives, business and government to achieve cooperation-benefits in Yangling. Based on the empirical study, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations for advancement.
