摘　　要：文章在分析我国商业银行业务国际化进程的现状和特点的基础上，分析了其面临的机遇和挑战，尤其是在国际金融危机后面临的新的不确定性。文章认为，将我国商业银行国际化经营提升到新的更高水平任重而道远，可以努力的方面包括：推动商业银行综合化经营、发挥境内外业务联动优势、借助人民币国际化机遇提供人民币产品做市业务、发展电子银行业务和完善人才队伍建设。After analyzing the current status and characteristics of the international development of China＇s commercial banking, this article evaluates the opportunities and challenges faced by China＇s commercial banks, especially the new uncertainties after the international financial crisis. The article states that it will be a challenging mission to raise the level of internationalization of China＇s banking. Efforts should be made in the following areas： encouraging commercial banks to conduct comprehensive operation, deploying the advantages in the joint operations of domestic and overseas businesses, providing RMB product market-making business in the process of RMB internationalization, developing e-banking business and creating a talent pool.
