摘　　要：文章旨在通过总结农业科技成果特点及其转化现状,提出进一步促进其转化的有效对策。通过查阅相关文献发现我国农业科技虽取得了长足的进步,但仍存在很多不足,突出体现在科技成果转化率不高等问题。要扭转此局面,必须提高农业科技立项的实用指向性、完善农业科技成果转化的相关政策和法规、提高农民对农业科技成果的接收能力、疏通科技成果转化的渠道、建立健全农业风险投资机制及加大对农业科技成果的保护力度,将其放在创建创新型国家的战略高度,更好地为地方经济建设服务。This paper aims to summarize the characteristics and achievements of agricultural science and technology.Effective measures to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements have been put forward.On the basis of literatures review,the authors hold that although China＇s agricultural science and technology had made considerable progress,there were still many shortcomings,such as the low conversion rate.In order th change this situation,it is necessary to improve the usefulness of agricultural science and technology project,to make sound policies and regulations,to improve farmers＇ ability in putting the agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practice,to clear channels of the achievements,to establish and improve agricultural risk investment mechanism and to increase the protection of agricultural science and technology to create an innovative nation on the strategic level,and to better serve the local economic development
