摘 要:水电站的开停机速度直接关系到电站的经济运行并体现其自动化水平,主变压器中性点刀闸是机组开停机操作的一部分,原电站开停机时主变压器中性点刀闸需现地手动分合闸并进行发变组保护装置的主变压器接地与不接地保护压板的投退操作,影响了机组开停机时间,增加了人员劳动强度,而电网对机组开停机有严格的时间规定,通过原因分析,制定了对主变压器中性点刀闸及保护压板控制的技术改造方案并实施,改造后主变压器中性点刀闸及保护压板的动作可靠、正确,极大的减少了开停机时间,提高了工作效率,减轻了人员劳动强度,取得了很好的效果。The startup-shutdown speed of the units is directly related to the levels of operation economically and automation in the hydropower station. The switehon-shutdown of the main transformer's neutral point switch is a part of the unit operation. Local manual operations and grounded or ungrounded of the commissioning and ceasing for protecting plate is needed in the main transformer's neutral grounded of the original operation, which influence the time of startup- shutdown, and increase the labor intensity. The power grid has the strictly regulation of the time using in the units' startup- shutdown. By the analysis, the author made the technical transformation about the main transformer neutral point switch and the protection of plates. After implementation, the main transformer's neutral point switches and the protection plates are operated reliably and accurately. The time of the units' startup-shutdown is greatly shortened, the work efficiency is improved and labor intensity is reduced. The technical transformation has achieved ~ood result.
