摘　　要：新发现的人类C型鼻病毒的基因不同于鼻病毒的其他型。不仅在儿童中感染率更高,且儿童感染后与喘息和哮喘的关系更密切。高遗传变异性也是C型鼻病毒的一个特点。文章对鼻病毒C型的基因结构、流行病学情况、临床特点及高遗传变异特性等进展作一综述。Gene of newly identified human rhinovirus C is different from other rhinoviruses.It not only has higher prevalence in children, and also is more associented with wheezing and ashma.A large diversity of recombination in human rhinovirus C is a research hotspot. The purpose of this article is to review research progress of gene,epidemiology,clinical symptom and so on.
