摘  要:介绍了两种动磁式直线振荡电动机(单线圈单磁钢直线电动机和双线圈双磁钢直线电动机)的基本结构和工作原理,并对它们的功率损失进行分析,主要包括铜损耗和铁心损耗。为了更全面和准确地评价直线电动机性能,提出了一种直线电动机效率的计算公式和电机铁心损耗的测量方法,并运用此方法对直线电动机的铁心损耗进行了实验测量,之后对测量数据进行分析。The basic structure and operating principle of two kinds of moving-magnet linear oscillation motor ( single coil and permanent magnet linear motor and double coils and permanent magnets linear motor) was introduced, and their power loss were analyzed which mainly included copper loss and iron coreloss. To evaluate the performance of linear motor more comprehensively and accurately, a computational formula of linear motor efficiency was proposed and a method for measuring the iron eoreloss of linear motor was designed. The iron eoreloss was measured by using this method and the experimental data was analyzed.
