手法加牵引配合中药烫疗治疗颈型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察整脊手法加颈椎牵引配合中药烫疗治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究标准的颈型颈椎病患者68例,随机分为2组各34例。治疗组采用整脊手法、颈椎牵引配合中药烫疗治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引加口服西乐葆胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周。记录治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分,应用Odom疗效评定标准评定疗效。结果:治疗后2组VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后VAS疼痛评分比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示治疗组VAS疼痛评分改善情况优于对照组。2组疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:整脊手法加牵引配合中药烫疗治疗颈型颈椎病,能有效改善患者疼痛等临床症状,治疗效果优于对照组,且具有简、效、廉、便等优势。Objective. To study the clinical effect of conformed manipulation and cervical traction combined with hot medicated compress for the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods, Sixty-eight cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment and the control group. The Treatment Group was treated with conformed manipulation and cervical trac- tion combined with hot medicated compress, and the control group was treated with Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with cervical traction. The course of treatment was 30 days. The scores of visual analogue scale（VAS） was recorded before and after treatment and the clinical effect was assessed according to Odom therapeutic criterion. Results, The scores of VAS of bothgroups were decreased after treatment（P 〈 0.01compared with those before treatment）.The difference of the scores of VAS between the two groups after treatment was significant（P 〈 0.01）, the improvement in the treatment group being superior to that in the control group, The difference of clinical effect between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0,01）, the effect in the treatment group being superior to that in the control group.The therapy of Treatment group is better than the therapy of control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Conformed manipulation and cervical traction combined with hot medicated compress has certain effect for cervical osteoarthritis with decreasing the syndromes, such as pain, and has the advantages of convenience, functionary and inexperienced.
