摘 要:聚合氯化铝(PAC)水解产生正电荷且具有长链架桥作用,实验研究其对污泥絮体、脱水性能和沉降性能的影响。结果表明,PAC投加量为0.136 g/g(干重,下同)时,滤饼的含水率最低,为72.55%,而投加量为0.149 g/g时,离心上清液浊度最低,为17 NTU,且沉降性能得到了明显的改善。这是因为PAC的投加,既改变了污泥絮体的结构,也增强了污泥的团聚能力,从而改善了污泥的脱水性能和沉降性能。Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) have long chain bridging effect, and positive charge was produced when hydrolyzed. So its effect on sludge floe, dewatering ability, settling property was studied. Experimental results indicate that, when the dosage of PAC was 0. 136 g/g( solid), lowest water content of the sludge cake was gained, that is 72.55%, while the dosage was 0. 149 g/g, the turbidity of clear water is 17 NTU which is the lowest, and the settling property was improved obvi- ously. Due to the input of PAC, the sludge floc structure was modified and the reunite capacity was heightened, thus the dewatering ability and settling ability of sludge was improved.
