摘　　要：碳捕集电厂将赋予未来电力行业全新的运行模式和发展机制,具有深远的现实意义和研究价值。目前,尽管整个碳捕集技术领域得到了较多关注,但绝大多数仅针对碳捕集电厂的基准运行工况与静态运行方式展开研究,而对碳捕集电厂灵活运行方法的研究还处于起步阶段。文中分别从电厂层面和电力系统层面详细分析和展望了碳捕集电厂灵活运行方法的发展潜力、实现方式和技术特性,揭示了灵活运行的碳捕集电厂所具有的良好运行性能,指出碳捕集电厂将为电力系统带来巨大的效益提升空间。文中揭示了未来碳捕集电厂灵活运行方法这一领域的研究重点和发展方向,力图建立完整的碳捕集电厂灵活运行方法研究框架,以期为相关研究提供分析方向和研究思路。Carbon capture power plants（CCPPs） will endow future power industry with completely new operation mechanism and development prospects,and are showing great research significance.Carbon capture technology has drawn much attention.Most of the researches in this field,however,are focusing on the rated condition and static state of CCPPs,while only a small amount of literatures have considered the flexible operation of CCPPs.The potential,implementation and technical characteristics of the flexible operation of CCPPs are analyzed in the view of a single power plant and of the whole power system,respectively.The paper reveals the excellent performance of the flexible operation of CCPPs,indicating that the flexible operation of CCPPs will bring additional profits to power system.The paper presents the research emphases and development direction of the flexible operation of CCPPs in the future,trying to establish a research framework of the flexible operation of CCPPs,with the expectation to provide some analysis and thoughts for the researchers in this field.
