摘 要:结合中山市小榄污水处理厂CASS工艺的实际运行情况,开展了污水厂挖潜扩容的生产性试验研究。结果表明:CASS池运行优化后,能够实现每两格同步运行,处理规模从11.2×104 m3/d提升至15.84×104 m3/d,出水水质能够满足GB 18918—2002一级B标准和广东省地方标准;在该工况下进一步增加污泥回流,强化除磷使出水TP降到0.5 mg/L以下,出水水质可达到GB 18918—2002一级A标准。扩容后电费总成本为22 120元/d,单位处理电费成本为0.103 6元/m3,虽然电费总成本较扩容前增加,但单位处理电费成本较扩容前降低了0.007 4元/m3。The operation of cyclic activated sludge system (CASS) in Xiaolan WWTP was introduced. The full-scale experiment on capacity expansion of the CASS process was carried out. The results showed that after optimization, the CASS tank could achieve synchronous operation of every two cells, and the treatment capacity increased from 11.2 × 10^4 m^3/d to 15.84 × 10^4 ma/d. The effluent quality met the first level B criteria specified in GB 18918 -2002 and the local standard of Guangdong Province. By increasing sludge return rate and enhancing phosphorus removal, the effluent TP decreased to below 0.5 mg/L, which met the first level A criteria specified in GB 18918 -2002. The total cost of electricity after the capacity expansion was 22 120 yuan/d, representing an increase compared with before the capacity expansion. The per unit cost of electricity was 0. 103 6 yuan/m^3 , being 0. 007 4 yuan/m^3 lower than before the capacity expansion.
