摘  要:针对传统备用优化方法难于考虑复杂预想场景的缺点,结合安全约束机组组合,建立考虑复杂预想场景的备用优化模型。该模型计及不同类型预想场景对备用容量和响应速度的要求,以最小化购电成本与备用容量成本之和作为目标函数,以正常状态和预想场景下的机组性能、网络安全等为约束条件,综合求解机组组合、备用容量的分配以及预想场景下备用容量的优化调度。通过引入预想场景分类和预想场景集,不同响应速度的备用需求量和分配由预想场景的类型和要求所决定。该模型是一个复杂混合整数线性规划问题,采用GAMS进行建模,并调用CPLEX求解器求解。IEEE 30节点系统上的算例结果验证了所提出模型的有效性。Due to the difficulty for traditional optimization methods to consider complicated contingency scenarios, an optimal reserve dispatch model considering contingency scenarios based on security constrained unit commitment (SCUC) was presented in this paper. Integrated with unit commitment, power dispatch, reserve capacity optimization and the reserve dispatch, the optimization model is to minimize the sum cost of the electricity and reserve while subjected to the security constraints of base case and contingency scenarios. By introducing scenarios classification and the scenarios set, the demand and dispatch of reserves with different response rates were decided by the requirement of different scenarios. This complicated mixed-integer linear programming problem was modeled by the GAMS and solved by the CPLEX. Numerical case studies illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
