摘 要:在电力系统和继电保护设备快速瞬变电磁脉冲群的效应实验中,具有亚μs上升前沿的高压重频脉冲源是关键的设备之一。提出了采用氢闸流管开关结合感应叠加技术实现高压重频脉冲输出的方法。基于变压器理论推导并分析了感应叠加输出方式对脉冲前沿的影响,仿真分析了重频脉冲与单脉冲在频域内的分布情况及变压器的磁场分布,给出了同轴屏蔽结构的设计。应用该方法得到了幅值为50kV的连续5路且前沿在20ns内的重频脉冲输出,该脉冲间隔最小为50μs,并能以10μs为步长调节。实验结果表明:氢闸流管触发稳定可靠,同轴屏蔽结构的感应叠加输出方式可以有效地减小漏感对脉冲前沿的影响,并增加了传输效率。In the effect experiments of the electrical power systems and the relay protection equipments, the high voltage repetition pulse with sub-microsecond arising time is one of the key equipments. A novel method for realizing high voltage repetition pulse output based on application of the hydrogen thyratron coupling with inductive-adder was proposed. The inductive-adder output mode has impact on the pulse arising edge, which was deduced and analyzed based on the transformer theory. The distribution of the repetitive pulse and the single pulse in frequency domain as well as the M-field was analyzed by means of simulation, and the design of the coaxial shielding structure was given in this paper. The repetition frequency pulse with the amplitude of 50 kV, the continuous 5-way pulses and the arising time of less than 20 ns, can be obtained by using this kind of novel design. The minimum gap of the pulse is 50μs with a continuous regulation interval of 10μs. The experimental results show that the hydrogen thyratron trigger is stable and reliable, and the application of the inductive-adder output mode based on the coaxial configuration is also the effective solution to lessen the impact on the arising time edge caused by the leaking inductance, which results in a better transmission efficiency.
