摘　　要：目的:评价普乐安片治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法:按Cochrane协作网工作手册的要求,制定相应的纳入、排除标准及检索策略。在CNKI、万方数据库及维普咨询网的随机对照试验。Jadad质量积分法评价文献质量,资料用个提议的表格提取,采用Stata 11.0软件进行数据处理分析。结果:共检索到符合标准的文献5篇,均为RCT,包括受试患者361例,进行Meta分析,其极限情况具有可比性。通过比较用药前后3个判效指标,即国际前列腺症状评分(IP-SS)、最大尿流量(Qmax)、生活质量(QOL)发现普乐安片治疗效果显著,且经过统计学分析后均有统计学意义。结论:普乐安片能改善良性前列腺增生引起的相关症状,其疗效优于对照组。建议进行大样本、长期随访的高质量临床试验,提供更佳循证证据。AIM. To evaluate the efficacy of Pule＇an for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. METHODS： The data of randomized controlled trials （RCT） of Chinese studies on Pule＇an for the treatment of BPH all over China were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP. The data were extracted by using designed extraction form. Data were processed by Stata 11.0. RESULTS.Five studies involving 361 men met the inclusion criteria, which were included in the Meta analysis. The baseline of patients＇ characteristics was comparable in all the studies. CONCLUSION. By comparing the five common criteria, it was found that Pule＇an was effective for improving IPSS, Q and QOL. More high quality trials with large samples and longer fol- low-up will be better for understanding the effects of Pule＇an in BPH.
