摘　　要：为保证煤矿井下工作面用水清洁,提高工作面支架液压系统的工作稳定性,按照"多级过滤体系"的理念,在煤矿井下引入了进水过滤站设备。经过1 a多的使用,井下液压元件的动作可靠性显著提高,液压元件损坏率大幅降低。该过滤站运行稳定、操作方便、过滤效果好,适合在煤矿井下工作面使用。Water filter stations were equipped in the work face of our coal mine to improve the cleanliness of water and the stability of hydraulic support system, by following the idea of ＇multilevel filter system＇. Stability of the hydraulic element was significantly increased and failure of which was dropped to very low level. The water filter stations are fit for work face in coal mine because their advantages of stability, convenient operation, good filtering effect.
