摘　　要：为了进一步提高煤矿的安全生产与管理水平,基于ARM9处理器提出的矿井中各种参数的监测与监控,为煤矿的安全生产与有效管理提供科学依据和正确决策,系统地介绍了监测与监控系统的功能结构及要求,硬件与软件的设计。通过矿井下的传感器把数据采集、传输到矿井中分站,然后通过数据接口传达到地面主机进行分析处理,发出控制命令等。对改善煤矿的安全生产和管理有着重要的现实意义。In order to further enhance safe production and management level of coal mine,puts forward a form of monitoring all kinds of data in coal mine based on ARM 9,providing science basis and correct policy determination for safe production and effective management of coal mine,describes function, structure and demand of monitoring and control system ,design of hardware and software, sensors in coal mine transmit data colleted to substation in coal mine, data colleted is transmitted to Host on ground to handle and analyze by data interface bus. It will be of great reality significance for improving safety in coal mine production and management.
